Associate Services Consultant

Location(s): Fortaleza/CE

 

This position is responsible for the technical knowledge, understanding, application and implementation of one technology/solution based on architecture and design documents provided by the Architect and Project Manager within the client environment. (Service Management and PPM)

About the Role:

 

In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry by:

  • Understand and document customer requirements.
  • Develop virtual services.
  • Deliver and test on the client.
  • Knowledge in performance tests.
  • Utilize Services Best Practices to accurately and efficiently implement product technology/solution within the client environment.
  • Effectively troubleshoot technical product implementation issues for technology/solution area.
  • Ability to interact with Support in order to open and track product issues when necessary.
  • Actively engage as part of the project team with the purpose of contributing product knowledge and to learn the various components required to deliver a successful client engagement, following the Project Manager or Architect directive.
  • Applies basic problem solving techniques to address common implementation problems.
  • Adhere to company policies of Code of Conduct/Ethics; Security and required training.

    The perfect candidate for this role will have a demonstrated record of success in positions of increasing responsibility over the course of their career. She/he will have an outstanding track record and reputation for being result oriented, attention to detail and passion for technology. They will be focused, motivated and customer centric. An ideal background will include:

  • Demonstrate ability to engage in hands-on implementation of software technology.
  • Execute a minimum business level of written and oral professional communication in local language and English.
  • Possess basic technology troubleshooting skills.

 

Education / Certifications:  

  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science / Software Engineer or business related field
  • Service Management Knowledge
  • Desired PPM knowledge
  • Good knowledge in Java
  • Knowledge in methodology of tests, writing and execution.
