This position is responsible for providing content marketing leadership to ensure the success of the CA Mainframe solution including supporting digital marketing, social media and asset development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a content marketing expert providing support to the broader CA Mainframe solution marketing team.

Execute the following activities for the solution area:

  • Social Media: Maintain Linked In, Twitter presence, social post banks and grow our follower base
  • Digital Marketing: Manage our Mainframe.AI blogsite and help to launch it externally to grow readership
  • Content Marketing: Assist with creative review and publishing of assets to customers, sales and social media
  • Asset Development: Develop highly graphical presentations for events and customer-facing meetings
  • Product Marketing: Prepare solution-level assets such as e-books, working with senior product marketers
  • Serve as key resource to the field and channel for a product

 

Role Definition:

This is an individual contributor role and the person is expected to be a self-starter. The product marketing manager will work within a distributed team environment and must be comfortable working multiple team-members in product marketing, thought leadership, digital marketing and social media.

 

Business Travel and Physical demands:

Business travel of approximately 10 percent yearly is expected for this position.  Will be physically located in our Burlington, MA, office.

 

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a marketing communications, graphic design or business field.

 

Work Experience:

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, product marketing in a technical industry. B2B experience is preferred.

  • Ability to effectively convey information to a wide variety of internal audiences and to customers, suppliers, and partners.

  • Ability to negotiate at a cross-functional level; is willing to give and receive feedback.
  • Shows initiative and demonstrates leadership commensurate with the scope of their responsibilities.
